Apartment 1 is a fully renovated & redesigned residence, located next to the central square of old historic Lefkas town in a quiet street, with Walking distance to the sea, famous churches, taverns and bars. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of a beautiful traditional Greek building that was built 150 years ago. The building has been recently renovated and redesigned. The apartment consists of one space which is the bedroom area with a queen size bed, the living room area with a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. If  you would like to enjoy the outside area, apartment 1 offers sitting furniture next to the entrance, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and feel the vibe of the local neighborhood.

Apartment 1 (32 sq m. = 344 sq. ft) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes oven with double electric stove top), air conditioning and heating, smart screen, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and more. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults).
